SHERIDAN SQUARE ENTERTAINMENT REISSUES SELECTED TITLES FROM KITTIES BACK CATALOGUE.
On November 24th, Metal Mind Productions in cooperation with Sheridan Squere Entertainment will reissue selected titles from Kittie’s back-catalogue.

“Spit”, “Oracle”, “Until The End”, “Paperdoll (EP)”, “Safe (EP) and “Spit In Your Eye DVD” will be available again in new digipack editions, each limited to 2000 copies. The re-issues will include bonus material and all titles are digitally remastered using 24-Bit process on golden discs!!!

I am currently working on the video archive, it seems that page hasn’t been updated very regularly. It’s a bit unloved so we are going to update it and make it look lovely and easy to use.

I have been working on the gallery to help it be a bit more user friendly. I have added new pictures from the show in The Ritz, thanks to Vudu. You can see those here.

European Tour Poster

Kittie released this statement on their myspace:

We unfortunately, must withdraw from the October 19th, 2008 Female Metal Voices date in Belgium. We have rescheduled another show for October 19th, 2008 at Bosuil, Weert in nearby Netherlands.
We are also playing a show on October 18th, 2008 in Amsterdam at Melkweg and hope that our Belgian fans can make it to either one of these shows.
For any fan that bought a festival ticket expecting to see Kittie, please inquire about a refund. We apologize for this inconvenience but circumstances beyond our control made it necessary.

Kittie have officially announced two shows in Russia. The dates are: November 10th in Plan B, Moscow & November 11th in St. Petersburg, venue to be announced.

There are currently 22 shows announced in Europe. Magnacult will be touring with Kittie on selected dates.

David Lander, the father of KITTIE’s Morgan Lander (guitar, vocals) and Mercedes Lander (drums), reportedly died of a heart attack over the weekend. David Lander, who is said to have been in his early 50s, also managed KITTIE as part of X Of Infamy/K.M.A. Entertainment. - blabbermouth.net

Kittie will be playing the Indianapolis Metal Fest this September 26 and 27th. The show will take place at Madame Walker Theater, located at 617 Indiana Avenue in Indianapolis. Tickets go on sale Saturday, July 12 and cost $30 in advance/$40 at the door for a two-day admission. Tickets will be available through www.indianapolismetalfest.com and at select retails locations. All tickets are general admission. Indianapolis Metal Fest II is an all-ages show.
